Personalized Metal Sign – Scrollwork Split Letter Monogram

1. How do I personalize my metal sign?
Select your preferred design and size, then enter the requested name, initial, farm or ranch name, pet name, EST. year, or date exactly as you would like it to appear. Available personalization options may vary by design. Please check all spelling, capitalization, numbers, spacing, and punctuation before placing your order. Longer text may be resized or arranged more compactly to fit the design.

2. How is the selected size measured?
The selected size refers to the longest overall dimension of the finished sign, whether horizontal or vertical. The shorter dimension is scaled proportionally according to the lettering, silhouette, text length, and layout of the selected design. As a result, different designs in the same selected size may have different proportions. Please review the size image for your chosen design before ordering.

3. What is included with my order?
Each order includes one personalized metal sign, mounting screws, and wall plugs. Decorative accessories and background items shown in product photos are not included unless otherwise stated.

4. Where and how can the sign be installed?
The sign is designed for direct-to-wall installation on suitable wood, brick, or concrete surfaces. Because wall materials and conditions vary, please confirm that the included hardware is appropriate for your surface and selected sign size. Always mount the sign on a stable surface and make sure every mounting point is securely fastened.

5. Can the sign be displayed outdoors?
Yes. Its powder-coated finish makes it suitable for both indoor and outdoor display. For better long-term appearance, place it in a sheltered location when possible and avoid prolonged contact with standing water, salt spray, or consistently harsh weather.

6. Will the sign rust or fade outdoors?
Long-term outdoor exposure may eventually cause light surface rust, fading, or a natural patina, especially around edges, scratches, and mounting holes. These cosmetic changes generally do not affect the sign’s decorative use, and many customers appreciate the naturally weathered, rustic character they create.

7. Do you guarantee a money-back refund?
Not satisfied? We will refund your money, no questions asked. Of course, we would like to know if the issue is on our end and how we can improve. Nevertheless, if you are not happy with our product, we will refund your money without asking for a reason.

8. How can I track the shipping status of my order?
You can track your order status on our tracking page. Of course, we also send notification emails whenever the shipping status changes, so you can follow your order in real time.

9. Can you provide an invoice?
Yes, we can provide an invoice for your order upon request. Please contact our customer service team with your order details, and we will be happy to send it to you.

Care Instructions:
• Clean gently with a soft cloth to remove dust and keep the surface looking its best.
